Notice on the Press Conference on October 21

The Press Center for the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) will host its fifth press conference on October 21 (Friday). The schedule is as follows:

The fifth press conference: 10:00 a.m., October 21

Mr. Zhai Qing, member of the CPC Leadership Group of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and Vice Minister, will exchange ideas with journalists on the topic “Building A Beautiful China Where Humanity and Nature Co-Exist in Harmony.”

Journalists are welcome to apply. Please submit your application before 7 p.m. on October 20.

Notes: Journalists may enter the sub-venue within 60 minutes before the conference after presenting their press cards for covering the Congress. Journalists staying at Xiyuan Hotel should take shuttle buses to the Hotel Nikko New Century Beijing with the said press cards. All participants must show negative results of nucleic acid tests taken within 24 hours before the conference (The nucleic acid test time shown on Beijing Health Kit is 0 or 1 day), and body temperature no higher than 37.3 ℃. All participants must show a green (normal) Travel History Code. Journalists can only attend the events after showing the required health codes and body temperature.
