Notice on the Press Conferences and Group Interviews Hosted by the Press Center for the 20th CPC National Congress

The Press Center for the 20th CPC National Congress will hold five press conferences and five group interviews. The press conferences will brief journalists on relevant topics and answer their questions, and the group interviews will be on study and discussion of the report to the Congress in various delegations and answer journalists' questions.

Details of the press conferences

The first press conference:

The leaders of the National Development and Reform Commission will meet the press.

The second press conference:

Leaders of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission, the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, and the Policy Research Office of the CPC Central Committee will meet the press.

The third press conference:

Leaders of the Committee of Political and Legal Affairs of the CPC Central Committee, the Supreme People’s Court, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Ministry of Justice will meet the press.

The fourth press conference:

The leader of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment will meet the press.

The fifth press conference:

Leaders of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will meet the press.

Details of the group interviews

The first group interview:

The spokespersons for the delegations from Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, and Jilin will meet the press.

The second group interview:

The spokespersons for the delegations from Heilongjiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, and Jiangxi will meet the press.

The third group interview:

The spokespersons for the delegations from Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, and Hainan will meet the press.

The fourth group interview:

The spokespersons for the delegations from Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Xizang, Shaanxi, and Gansu will meet the press.

The fifth group interview:

Spokespersons for the delegations from Qinghai, Ningxia, Xinjiang, central Party and state organs, central financial institutions and central enterprises in Beijing, will meet the press.

Application is required for attending the press conferences and group interviews. Journalists can enter from the main entrance of Hotel Nikko New Century Beijing with the press cards issued by the Press Center.
