Notice on the Press Conference of the 20th CPC National Congress

The spokesperson for the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) will hold a press conference at 4:30 p.m. on October 15, 2022 in the Great Hall of the People. Journalists will attend the conference at a sub-venue set in the Century Hall on the third floor of Hotel Nikko New Century Beijing. Detailed information is hereby notified as follows:

1. The Chinese mainland journalists and the journalists from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who have received the confirmation can collect their invitations in the Century Hall of Hotel Nikko New Century Beijing from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on October 14. A separate notice on the collection of invitations for foreign journalists will be issued.

2. Journalists are kindly requested to show up with their invitations and press cards to enter the Century Hall on the third floor of Hotel Nikko New Century Beijing and be seated at designated areas 90 minutes ahead of the beginning of the conference. Journalists staying in Xiyuan Hotel are kindly requested to show up with their invitations and press cards to board the shuttles to Hotel Nikko New Century Beijing.

3. China Central Television of China Media Group (CMG) will broadcast the press conference live, and the Press Center will provide the live broadcast signals for free. Journalists attending the press conference are not allowed to bring radio transmitting devices into the site, and are kindly requested to either put their mobile phones on mute or turn them off.
